There is ongoing development at Four Points. Right now there is a complex with HEB and a Target next door. In the future there will be 2 office buildings and an hotel which are being built right now. Then eventually 125,000 Sq ft of lifestyle retail, whatever that means. Hopefully something like Arboretum with some fountains and a nice view of the greenbelt. The other cool thing about this office park is the fact that is being built with LEED in mind or in other words with energy efficient properties.

Rumor: I heard HEB in Four Points will eventually be turned into a Central Market, which I guess would be awesome? Everyone I know has nothing but amazing, glowy things to say about Central Market, but I haven’t been there yet. (Kind of a Whole Foods gal myself, but ya know…we’ll get out to CM eventually!)
