HOA complaints and suggestions would be a good topics.
The HOA has a on of $$ coming in and tehy have reduced expenses. they did not everseed this year and the common areas have not been as nice in the past. Also we have not seen a streep sweepr in over 6 months. Another complaint is teh Roach Coaches “lunch trucks” parked behind wag a bag leave the steert littlered with trash and the ground looks like it is a oil change autoshop…dirty and full of grease stains from leaking trucks and food grease.
