Another high end shopping complex coming to near Four Points. This one will be across from High Pointe Village. The link contains the information below.
The Venue at Travis is located on 78 acres on the Northwest corner of Highway 2222 & 620 by Lake Travis in Austin, Texas.
Current plans for the project offer a Village theme featuring a high-end 150 room Boutique Hotel with 40 Condo’s above sharing spectacular views of the Texas Hill County and Lake Travis, 225,000 square feet of retail, an outdoor Amphitheater venue for hosting Austin’s famous live music, a movie theater, restaurants with large patios facing main street, 160,000 square feet of office space and +/- 350 residential units overlooking the Village Center and Texas Hill County.
I also found out that there will be another light at 620 that will let you get into both High Pointe Village and The Venue. I am not sure when the Venue will start construction, but hopefully soon. More pictures below.
