Has anyone been to this salon? If so, how was the service? Would like some opinions before I try them.

I tried to go when they were first open. Made an appointment, walked and waited a good 15 minutes with no one greeting me. The stylist was by herself and very busy. Ended up leaving. I am sure they have hired more people by now.

I got very good service and a stylish cut. I was very impressed!

I got a haircut from Vanessa. She did a great job and had some good product recommendations but did not put the HARD SELL on me which I appreciate!
I will return again. 40 haircuts for women.
Asked about the mens cuts and they are 22 but include scalp massage and hot towel.
might send the manly man in for a treat.

My 12 yr old son got a great haircut from Vanessa. He’s very picky & came out with a stylish, managable do. I just found out she’s no longer with the salon. Does anyone know where she is now?

Love the salon. Been going into Lake Way for a year to have my hair colored. Len the owner does a much better job. Never have to wait. Thanks Len for opening the salon.

We love Bluebonnet salon. My two boys 2 and 4 yrs old never sit still to have their haircut. I felt so headache and missable each time they have their haircut. Linh is a wonderful and patien hairstylist with kids. Very superise cute cut and stylist for only $16.

Linh, next time you want to advertise, just pay for a google ad instead of making up a fake post!

I’ve been going to Linh for at least 6 months and am completely satisfied.
And I testify under oath that I am not Linh.

Keith – I also am not Linh, and have been very satisfied with her service for over one year now.

Linh,
I apologize for my mistake. So often, it seems that business owners get on this site and submit fake posts. This obviously is not the case in this instance. Good luck!

I tried to book an appt with Lee, a hairstylist that has done my hair at this salon before. The owner, Lynn tried to book me with her and i told her i wanted Lee to do my hair. Lynn was very rude over the phone and wouldnt tell me where Lee relocated to. If anyone knows where he is, i would love to get that information from you.

I like the location and they give good haircuts, but it is pointless to make an appointment. Even if you have one you will probably have to wait an hour b/c they take a long time and don’t account for walk ins.

don’t take too personal sherylle. If you are the owner. you will do the same way to protect your own business.

Actually Domina, I do take it personally because the owner hung up the phone while I was still talking. THAT to me is very unprofessional and rude. I was going to just book an appointment with her since Lee is no longer there, but after that treatment – forget it.

I had an appointment with the owner awhile back and went for a haircut/blow dry. Not only did I get a haircut and a rough/damaging blow dry but I was also insulted about “how thin my hair is and how sorry she (the owner) is for me.” Needless to say I won’t be back…

Mrs Sheryll, this is Lee and I am sorry that you couldnt get a hold of me. Unfortunatly someone took my client list and I cant get it back. However I am working on 620 and you can call me (541)733-3124. Thank you. P.S. Domino, I have worked in this business for over 15 years and never needed to treat people bad to keep business. If your good, your good. But if you got to stop clients from reaching their hairdresser to keep money, you might want to think what your doing wrong.
