There is a typo in the URL - should be http://freedomboatclub.com/

  • 2 Bill // Apr 19, 2008 at 6:52 am

anyone know what the costs are?

  • 3 Bill Marquardt // Apr 19, 2008 at 12:27 pm

The cost is as little as $3900 per year over time depending on which plan you select. This includes unlimited access to both lakes in Austin and free use of another 50 around the country.

I’m selling “10 memberships only” at a special rate for the next 5 days. Email me for details. bmarquardt@freedomboatclub.com

Just like an expensive steakhouse. If the price is not listed, then it is too much.

My costs are as little as $3900 per year. It’s quite a bargain in comparison to $400 Slip’s and the note on a $70,000 boat. However, owning a boat is just not always an option for busy families. Our biggest selling point for our members, many of whom live in Steiner, is convenience. You have 5 Minute ride to the Marina on Lake Austin, 10 to Travis, and all you have to do is step out of the car and your boat is waiting and ready.

What does that include? What are the restrictions for that price? What other levels are there, how much are they and what are their resticttions? How much initial and monthly? What is your fulfillment percentage on reservation requests?

  • 7 Bill Marquardt // Apr 25, 2008 at 9:24 pm

We don’t have levels. Everyone gets access to both Lakes, all the boats and free access to the rest of the country. We have Sailboats, Ski Boats, Wake Board Boats and Pontoons. Last year we had a 100% fulfillment. Can’t get much better than that.

Ask your neighbors about us, we have lots of members in Steiner Ranch and all of them will speak highly of us.

We are members and we love it! No problem getting a boat, the guys at the docks are so great. Worth the $$.

What is the intial price and monthly dues? Are there any restrictions? I.e. can’t use on a certain day of the week, can use it ALL day on weekends or are there blocks of use (what are those hours)? In your first post you said “as little as”; what does that imply?
