New Pet Sitter in Steiner Ranch

April 17th, 2008 · 8 Comments

Got an email from Tim about a new pet sitting service.

My wife, Chris Johnson, just started a pet sitting business geared specifically toward Steiner Ranch residents. As residents of Steiner over the past three years, it has been obvious that there are MANY, MANY pet lovers just like us in this wonderful neighborhood and this is a service that is drastically needed. There are certainly other companies that provide the service as well (although some charge extra to come to Steiner). Chris’s service will be another great alternative for the many pet owners in the area, who want personalized care for their animals, but would rather not put their pets in a kennel while they are out of town. As a Steiner resident she’ll be close by all the time.
Honestly, I can’t think of a better person to take care of anyone’s pets. She was a Vet Tech in Colorado and a “multiple-pet” and horse owner her entire life. She’s caring, compassionate, incredibly qualified and she ALWAYS puts the animals first! In her words, “It’s how we pay them back for there unconditional love”.

    Chris,

Will you be insured and bonded? Will your company be legitimate; LLC or something similar?

    Thanks.

I live in Steiner Ranch as well and starting a pet sitting business about 2 months ago…I will be insured and bonded by the end of June and it will also be an Inc. So if you’re still needing someone this summer or in the future, please feel free to contact me at 461-0896. I also have several personal and business references and there’s no one around that can beat my services or prices :) It’s like going to grandma’s house when your pets comes stay with me!

Heather is a great pet sitter as well. She comes to our house takes care of the dog and things around the house while we are out of town. It is great to have a watchful eye on my house and pet when I have to be away.

I was driving on Majestic Oaks today (around 10 a.m.) and saw a little Yorkie without any tags. I tried to catch him several times, but each time he got away. I just wanted to let you know in case he’s yours that he was last seen over in Majestic Oaks.

I am missing a Yorkie and I’m pretty sure that’s mine because she has been missing since 8:30 am. Thank you SO MUCH for your post. If you see her again, please contact me at 512-296-3002. I will drive around Majestic Oaks to find her.

If you are still looking for your Yorkie, there is a sign at the John Simpson mailboxes saying that someone has found it. The number on the flier is 512-296-3002.

Chris takes care of my “kids” while I am out of town. She does an excellent job and I highly recommend her!
