As the loyal readers of this blog know, I have not made a post in a long while now about two months… a couple of reasons: work, snowball effect of not posting for a week (turns into another week… etc), and probably most importantly my wife gave birth to our first child (a son) about 9 days ago. Mom and baby are doing fine and we are very excited about all the joy he will bring us. So that explains the hiatus…
So where do we go from here? At least for the short term until I get my blogging energy back I am soliciting guest bloggers to help me out. I will put some posts up, but am asking for help for more posts. Anything is fair game: restaurant reviews, business reviews, shopping news, development updates etc. If you are interested in helping email me at the link on the right and create an account on the site (login then register and I can make you a guest contributer, links are under Meta above the stats).

Just wanted to say we have been to the Oasis twice in the last week, we have had company, and the new Chef has drastically improved the menu. All the seafood items are great, the Fish tacos, Crunchy Shrimp with Mango Chutney(spicy too). So the sunsets are good, the margaritas are good and now finally the food is good!! Dont do the fajitas, they arent there yet.

@Heath we were at St Davids at Parmer and Mopac and my wife also delivered on March 18th. wow what a coincidence.

Ha! Same hospital even! The new delivery rooms were great but too bad the post partum rooms aren’t done being renovated yet.
Our bundle of joy arrived at 8:06 am. What about yours?
I’m sitting here on my laptop trying to find a nanny to start helping us in May!
