Krav Maga is a fighting system developed by the Israeli Military. They focused on creating a hand-to-hand combat method that is:

• Based on natural reflexes and body mechanics, making it quick and easy to learn.
• And is also NOT dependant on size or strength, so it can be used by effectively by anyone.
