Last time I checked, there were over 11,000 real estate agents in just the Austin area. Most people know dozens of agents and it can be hard to know who to choose. Social media helps new and non-producing agents look like mega agents, creative language can trick people into thinking new agents are veterans and anyone can call themselves a specialist anywhere.
