New Traffic Lights

By now, I’m sure you’ve noticed the two new seta of traffic lights in Steiner – one at Steiner Ranch/Quinlan Park (near Wag-A-Bag & UT Club) and the other at Country Trails/Quinlan Park.  I’m hoping they help the massive congestion that occurs at these spots during rush hour – especially at Country Trails when school is in session.  I’m also glad to see the crosswalk signals.  What are your thoughts?
