This seminar will focus on defending against and/or escaping from a sexual assault or rape. Maybe you are sending a daughter off to college this fall or a vacation for Spring Break. Krav Maga is a fighting system developed by the Israeli Military. They focused on creating a hand-to-hand combat method that is:
- Based on natural reflexes and body mechanics, making it quick and easy to learn.
- And is also NOT dependant on size or strength, so it can be used by effectively by anyone.
