According to the Austin Board of Realtors MLS, there are currently only 95 Active lsitings in Steiner Ranch with 43 under contract. In the past 90 days, an astounding 47 homes have closed. Of these 47 homes, the sales prices have ranged from 7.41% under ORIGINAL list price to 9.7% over list price. This is the healthiest I’ve seen the market since 2005.
