There is a much bigger article at the Austin Business Journal about The Villagio at Austin than there is information about High Pointe Village and The Venue, but this property seem smaller than the other two. The location from what I can gather on the maps is actually occupied by some landscaping business’ right to the west of the HEB on Anderson Mill and 620. They are trying to copy Domain a little bit. It will have professional, retail, luxury apartments, and restaurants along with a four story parking garage.
