Dear Friends and Neighbors,
You may have already seen the petition circling Facebook asking for a Whole Foods or Trader Joe’s to be built at the new Trails at 620 development near Grandview Hills neighborhood. Started by a couple of Grandview Hills residents, the petition asks Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s to put a store in the Four Points area. Both companies have seen the site and are reviewing the opportunity. Of course, as the developer we whole heartedly support area residents participating in the effort to attract successful businesses to the Trails at 620 project. But more importantly, we are residents too and would love to have the additional variety of healthy food options that Whole Foods or Trader Joe’s would provide the Four Points area.
