The View at Steiner Ranch is a small enclave of only 20 energy efficient homes built by Gehan between 2013 and 2015. It’s important to note that these are freestanding homes, but are also condos meaning owners have partial ownership in the land. Homes range from about 25oo square feet to 3600 square feet and have incredible views of the Balcones Preserve, Texas hill country and Lake Travis.
