Montebello is a gated neighborhood of single family homes in Northwest Austin, Texas. The homes were built by Taylor Morrison between 2015 and 2021. The homes range in size from 1950 square feet to around 3500 square feet with lot sizes between .13 and .35 Acres. It's important to note that while these are free standing structures, Montebello is a condo regime where all of the homeowners have a fractional interest in the common land, so there may be restrictions on what homeowners can do in their yard (i.e. pools).

Montebello is on the edge of the Balcones Preserve and many of the properties have sweeping hill country views. It is close in proximity to both the Four Points and Lakeline shopping areas as well as major roads - 183, 183A and 45.
