Canyon gate is a small little enclave of garden type homes in the UT Club. There are only 12 homes and they all back to green space. The Taylor Woodrow homes were built in 2004 and 2005. They range in size from around 2200 SF to approx. 3150 SF. The lot sizes range from .23 to .33 acres, however they are only about 50 feet wide and include the street in front of the home and the privacy strip that shields the section from University Club drive.
