The Hills at Westridge is a neighborhood within Steiner Ranch with homes built between 2001 and 2009. Lots range from 1/3 to a full Acre, with most around a ½ Acre. Homes were built by David Weekley, Toll Brothers, and Partners in Building and have a much more custom look and feel. Here you’ll see more side-entry garages, wrap-around porches, and sprawling front lawns with mature trees. Streets are wide and there is little traffic other than the residents of the Estates.
