Hunter’s Green is a small section of about 30 homes located within the gated University of Texas Golf Club. Built between 2004 and 2006 by Taylor Woodrow, homes range in size from 3100 to 4300 square feet. Most lots are 70 feet wide ranging from .25 to .4 acres, with a few larger ones on University Club Drive between a half and a full acre. Many homes have views of the 10th and 11th fairways and the preserve.
