Monterey
Monterey is a neighborhood near the Bella Mar community center with smaller homes similar to those found in Parkside built by Mercedes Homes and David Weekley between 2007 and 2009. Because these homes are smaller on smaller lots, they are the most affordable homes that are walkable to both the Bella Mar Community Center and River Ridge Elementary School. Lots are around 50 feet wide and range in size from .13 acres to .22 acres. Homes range in size from 1875 square feet to almost 3000 square feet. Many of these homes have excellent views of the greenbelt/canyon. The legal description of Monterey is River Dance, not Steiner Ranch (although it is in Steiner Ranch) so it frequently gets left out of searches so be sure to bookmark this page if you’re looking for a home in Monterey!
