Builders Drees and Highland Homes built the 3500-5300 square foot homes between 2008 and 2012 with incredible features like media rooms and commercial grade appliances as well as walk-out basements and outdoor kitchens designed to allow homeowners to take full advantage of the breathtaking views of the surrounding Balcones Preserve and Lake Austin Canyon. It should be noted that because this is a gated community, HOA dues are higher (approx. $1240 per year).
