A handful of homes at The Fairways were built in 2007 and 2008 by Pacific Century Homes, then the project was sold to Taylor Morrison who resumed building in 2011, and was completed in 2013. Homes range from 1840- 3500 SF on lots around .15 Acres. Most of this section is gated, but it is not within the main gates of the UT Club. Important to note – these are condos! They are freestanding and look like homes (and are the same floor plans as found in the Tierra Grande section of Steiner Ranch, but with tile roofs vs. composite in Tierra Grande) but they are condos and include partial interest in the land.
