Towne Hollow is one of the more affordable sections in Steiner Ranch, and also one of the most loved by families because if the close proximity to both Laura Bush Elementary School, Canyon Ridge Middle School, and the Town Square Community Center. Homes here were built between 2003 and 2006 by Mercedes Homes and Newmark. Lots are around 50 feet wide and range from .13 to .31 acres and homes range from 1600 to 3000 square feet. Homes on Appaloosa Chase back either back to the canyon with distant views or to Canyon Ridge middle school.
